There may be other things, but that was the most notable. I personally found this out when they updated my comand system SW to the latest version (something like 10.14 I think) and noticed that when I changed the cabin temperature that the setpoint temps showed up for a few seconds in the bottom of the comand screen. You can download the my01 upgrade from here or you can purchase it from the dealer. There may however, be later SW updates for your system that might add some of the later 4.5 functionality. 4 Some Dealers are more knowledgeable about comands than others. One way to check is that if the system shows a compass when booting up, then it's NTG4. I believe the 4.5 units came out in late 2011 or 2012 vehicles on up. You can not update a NTG 4 system to 4.5. These numbers are WRT HW revisions and NOT SW revisions. NTG: Your build date is very close to mine so I'd say that you have NTG 4. Version 7 is the latest for 2010-2011 W212 for NA. Click that and it will tell you what map version you have loaded. If you really meant map version, then all you need to do is go into the Navi menu in your main comand interface (click Navi with the center console button/wheel), and then scroll to the bottom of that menu and there should be an option called "Map Version".
